摘要
目的:分析总结腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢黄体破裂的方法和经验。方法:对腹腔镜治疗62例卵巢黄体破裂的方法及效果进行分析讨论。结果:62例卵巢黄体破裂均采用腹腔镜完成手术治疗,平均手术时间40.46±12.35分钟,平均住院时间为4天,无术时术后并发症,治愈率100%。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢黄体破裂安全可靠,术后痛苦小,恢复快。
Objective： To assess the efficacy of laparoscopy in the treatment of rupture of corpus luteum, Methotis： Sixty- two patients with rupture of corpus luteum were operated by video laparoscopy in our hospital were explored,Plesults：Totally 62 patients received laparoscopic surgery, The average operation time was 40.46±12.35 min, and the average post - operation hospital stay was 4 days. All of the operation was successful and safe without any viscera damage and the postoperative complication rate was zero. Conclusions： Laparoscopy is a safe and effective method in the treatment of rupture of corpus luteum.
