摘要
通过文献资料、问卷调查和访谈等方法,对湖南省社区体育组织现状进行了调查,结果显示:湖南省社区体育组织有政府管理型、协会型、有偿服务型4类,各体育组织经费来源渠道单一,经费困难,组织间联系松散.为此,作者进行了组织网络化构想,旨在为湖南社区体育发展提供理论参考.
By means of document,questionaire and interview etc., in this paper is investgated the Community Sports Organizitions in HuNan. Results show that four kinds of sports organizations are lack of funds and links among them are loose. Finally, author constructs a set of net-work for Community Sports Organizitions so to provide some theoretical reference for the development of community sports in Hunan.
