摘要
本实验应用碘电极,采取了对水样的前处理步骤;选择了亚砷酸钠作碘的还原剂,碳酸-碳酸氢钠为总离子强度调节缓冲液的R-TISAB液;以改进的"Gran作图"直角坐标法计算结果.实验表明,本方法的准确度、精密度及检出限均达到较理想的水平,可以满足对缺碘地区水中碘含量的监测需要.
This experiment applies the iodine electrode, adopted processed the step to water sample front[1].Chose the sodium arsenite to make the reducing agent of the iodine, the carbonic acid - sodium bicarbonate for total ion intensity adjustment cushion fluid [2]. Improves "Gran mapping" of computed result of rectangular coordinate method .The experiment indicated that.Accuracy, the accuracy and pick out limits of this method achieved a more ideal level, it can satisfy requirement to monitor indine of water in lacking iodine area.
