摘要
数控加工中心加工一个零件往往需要数把刀,为了简化编程,CNC系统采用刀具长度补偿可使在编制零件的加工程序时,不必考虑刀具的实际长度.阐述了刀具长度补偿的原理,研究了数控系统使用长度补偿指令G43(G44)和H完成长度补偿功能,提出了刀具运行的实际位置与编程中指令位置的计算方法.论述了刀具参数在CNC系统中的内存分配,分析了刀具长度补偿的方式、特点及CNC系统中刀具长度补偿功能与其他指令的关系.结果表明:使用刀具长度补偿功能提高了加工效率.
To simplify the machining center's program ,CNC controllers can ignore the tool's actual length when programing the computer by using the tool length offset function, no matter how many tools to be used in machining a part.The principle of tool length offset is discussed.The theory of CNC system of performance tool length offset by using G43 H code or G44 H_code is researched,The calculating method of the real position of the tool to be moved is presented.The distributing tool parameters among CNC EMS memory is expounded. The methods of tool length offset and the connection between tool length offset and the other codes are explained.Sequence searches show that the efficiency can be improved.
