蛋鸡耐热力与血清蛋白质的关系

摘要 用40只京白蛋鸡,研究了高温对血清蛋白质的影响及其与耐热力的关系。结果表明:①随环境温度的升高,血清总蛋白和球蛋白呈持续下降趋势,清蛋白下降后于40.0℃时又略有回升。②蛋鸡耐热力与清蛋白浓度呈正相关,与总蛋白和球蛋白相关不明显。 In the present experiment,' it was studied that the effect of high temperature on bloodbiochemical indexs and the relation between heat tolerance and tbese blood biochemical in-dexs using 40 JingBai laying fowls. The results showed: 1. The effect of high temperature onGLU and CHOL was not significant. The TP and GLOB concentration decreased in hightemperature. The ALB concentration increased after decreased. When the chamber tempera-ture was 35. 3℃, the T3 was lowest, and when 40. 0℃, it rose up little again. 2. The heattolerance of laying fowl positively related to GLU, CHOL and ALB concentration, but negatively related to those concentrations. The relation between heat tolerance and TP andGLOB concentration was not significant. 3. The serum CHoL could be used as a heat tolerance index.
