摘要
目的:优选秦香止泻肠溶片提取、干燥工艺条件。方法:以秦皮甲素,秦皮乙素含量为工艺评价指标,采用正交设计实验对水提工艺条件进行研究,并对水提浓缩液进行干燥工艺研究。结果:水提最优工艺条件是:不浸泡;提取次数2次;加水8倍量、6倍量;回流时间1.5 h、1 h。减压干燥条件以60℃,真空度-0.08 Pa为最优。结论:本实验制定了合理可行的提取,干燥工艺路线及条件,为进一步研究奠定了基础。
Objective： To study the optimum extracting and dried process of Qinxiangzhixie enteric-coated tablet. Methods. With the content of Aesculin and Aescaletin as factor, the optimum extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design. Results：The opti-mum extraction process conditions were as ： decocting for 2 times, with water of 8,6 times of the drug mixture respectively 1.5 h, 1.0 h respectively. The optimum decompression dried process conditions was as follows ：60℃,-0. 08 pa. Conclusions ：The experimental results provide the basis for the ascertainment of extraction process of Qinxiang enteric-coated tablet.
