摘要
针对某小型酸洗自动化控制系统中存在的问题,提出了改造设计方案。包括用PLC实现烘干热风温度控制系统的改造设计、张力控制系统的改造设计、以及变频器、PLC、上位机之间通过profibus现场总线的网络通信功能设计。
This paper is about the application of PIC and frequency converter in the control system of some small pickling line aiming at solving the abusing of foregoing control system, including the modification of temperature control system, tension control system and the design of network communication function.
