摘要
采用无菌溶液培养试验,研究了水稻对3种氨基酸(甘氨酸、谷氨酸和精氨酸)吸收的动力学参数,以及无机氮(NH+4和NO-3)对氨基酸吸收动力学参数的影响。结果表明,水稻对3种氨基酸的吸收都符合米氏方程。其吸收具有主动吸收的特征。水稻对3种氨基酸吸收动力学参数因氨基酸的种类而异。Km值为精氨酸(Arg)<谷氨酸(Gly)<甘氨酸(Glu),而3种氨基酸的Im值相似。3种氨基酸约在01mM浓度时吸收基本达到最大。从试验结果可以看出,由于Arg具有最小的Km值,故其与水稻根系的亲和力最强。添加NH+4后,水稻对氨基酸的吸收仍符合米氏方程,NH+4对3种氨基酸的Im值无显著影响,但改变了氨基酸吸收的Km值,Arg和Gly的Km值增加,而Glu降低。添加NO-3后,水稻吸收氨基酸符合米氏方程。NO-3对精氨酸的吸收动力学参数没有实质性的影响,对其它两种氨基酸的Im值也几乎没有影响,但对Km值有较大的影响。对Glu的Km值有显著的降低。水稻不同种氨基酸吸收的差异。
