摘要
1992年我国开始了在农村建立社会保障体系的探索和研究,虽然取得了一些社会实效,但成功的经验很少。在建立农村社会保障体系的实践过程中遇到了很多难题,而现有的农村社会保障体系也存在许多问题。本文针对这些问题进行分析,并提出对策建议。
Our country started the countryside establishment social security system exploration and the research from 1992,although has obtained some social actual effect,but succeeds the experience are very few,in established the countryside in the social security system practice process to meet very many difficult problems,The existing is analysed specifically for these problem is in progress, and is submits countermeasure suggestion.
