摘要
实时动态波前探测技术是自适应光学系统最重要的单元技术之一。本文报导了在弱光条件下,利用动态剪切干涉仪和光子计数法进行弱光波前误差探测的实验。叙述了波前探测装置的原理,讨论了相位测量的主要误差源。实验结果表明,在每一探测周期内,仅有几十到一百个光电子脉冲的情况下,可获得波前信息。
The real-time dynamic wavefront detection is one of the most importantunit technique of the adaptive optical system. This article reports the exper-iments of the low light level wavefront error detection using the shearinginterferometer with photon counting method. The principle of the wavefrontdetection is stated and the main error sources of the phase detection are discu-ssed. The experiments show that the wavefront information can be detectedwhile some tens or one hundred optoelectronic pulses are received within onedetection cycle.
