摘要
为解决故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)无法定量描述故障模式发生概率的问题,提出了一种基于FMEA的3层贝叶斯网络拓扑结构——CFE(Cause Failure Effect)型贝叶斯诊断网络,利用FMEA中"故障原因"、"故障模式"、"故障影响"间的关系来确定诊断网络的拓扑结构,以表示系统故障间的因果性和层次性,并采用贝叶斯网络诊断决策技术求解故障模式发生的概率,为确诊故障提供理论依据。
In order to solve the problem that FMEA can not analyse failure rate rationally, a three-layered topological model using Bayesian diagnostic network was proposed based on FMEA: CFE (Cause-Failure-Effect) Bayesian diagnostic network, it used the relationship among failure-cause, failure-mode and failure-effect in FMEA to build the topological model for Bayesian diagnostic network. The Bayesian diagnostic network represented the causation and hiberarchy of the System and can calculate failure rate according to the Bayesian formula.
