摘要
随着医疗改革的不断深入,成本管理逐步显示出其在医院管理中的应有地位。笔者结合医院物资管理的实践,探讨医院成本管理在物资管理中的作用及意义。
With health care reform deepening, the importance of cost management is revealed gradually in hospital management. In this article, with the practice of hospital materials management, the author discusses the role and significance that hospital cost management plays in the materials management. The cost controled in pre - , period - and post - procedure of the materials management then the cost was effectively decreased. It is help for the hospital to develop at once the cost is economized.
