摘要
阐述了电解滴定法测氢原理。依照电解滴定法设计了以8051单片机为核心的自动测氢仪。在自动电解和自动控制方面实现了自动化。通过选用高精度A/D和数据线性校正等措施提高了仪器测量精度。采用了看门狗技术、光电耦合器、多层线路板技术、多种布线技巧和软件抗干扰技术加强了系统的抗干扰能力。仪器完成了数字显示煤样中含氢值并打印煤中氢含量。
This article states the principles of measuring the hydrogen via electron-analysis titration method. Automatic meter for measuring the hydrogen is designed which is based on the kernel of 8051 singlechip according to the electron-analysis titration method. This meter selects the high accuracy A/D and data linearity-revise steps to improve the accuracy of meter on both sides of the autoelectron-analysis and auto-control. Watchdog technology,the photoeletricity-coupling,the multiple layers circuits technology,many line location skills,and the software-technology to enhance the system's anti-jamming competence. This meter can complete the digital display of the hydrogen content and print the value in the coal.
