米托蒽醌 阿糖胞苷 门冬酰胺酶诱导治疗杂合性急性白血病

摘要 目的观察米托蒽醌联合阿糖胞苷及门冬酰胺酶方案对杂合细胞性白血病诱导治疗的疗效。方法2002年6月-2006年12月本所收治杂合细胞性白血病患者12例,予米托蒽醌联合阿糖胞苷及门冬酰胺酶方案进行诱导化疗:米托蒽醌(MTZ)10mg/d,d1～3;阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)200mg/d,d4～10;门冬酰胺酶(L-ASP)10000U,qodd1～20。结果12例患者7例获得完全缓解(58%),1例获得部分缓解(8%),有效率67%。结论米托蒽醌联合阿糖胞苷及门冬酰胺酶方案对急性杂合细胞性白血病诱导缓解率高,可予推广。
