摘要
工装图号编码是机械制造业中编码管理的重要环节。本文在论述信息编码设计方法与原则的基础上,结合所参与的工装信息系统项目,分析了原有工装图号编码存在的问题,设计了一种规范合理的工装图号编码,并将工装图号编码的实现方法应用于工装信息系统开发过程中,实现了工装图号编码的自动生成和分类管理,取得了较好效果。
The coding of drawing number of tooling is one of the im＇portant parts of tooling management in mechanical manufacturing industry. In this paper, based on discussing the principle and method of information coding design and combined with the shared project of tooling information system developing, we pointed out some drawbacks about original coding of drawing number of tooling. Against the problems, a kind of norm and rational coding of drawing number of tooling is presented, and the implementing method of the coding of drawing number of tooling has been applied in the course of the tooling system developing. With application of the new coding method, the automatic creating and classifying manage ment of the coding of drawing number of tooling is realized with good effect.
