摘要
目的:探讨直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术前CT诊断意义。方法:回顾分析36例经手术和病理证实的直肠癌患者资料。结果:全直肠系膜切除术前CT检查能明确直肠癌的病变大小、范围、外侵、周围淋巴结及其它脏器转移情况。CT分期整体准确率为86.1%,Ⅰ～Ⅱ期为78.6%,Ⅲ期为88.2%,Ⅳ期为100%。结论:CT检查直肠癌对手术前分期、分析能否手术及制定手术方案有指导作用。
Objective To explore the significance of diagnosis of computerized tomography （CT） before total mesorectal excision （TME） for treatment of rectal cancer. Methods The retrospective analysis was applied in investigating CT manifestations of 36 cases of rectal cancer confirmed by operation and pathology. Results CT can definite the extension and extemal invasion degree of tumor, display clearly lymph nodes around the rectum and the results of other viscera metastasis. The overall staging accuracy of CT was 86.1%, the accuracy of CT for stage Ⅰ - Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was 78.6%, 88.2% and 100% respectively. Conclusions CT scanning plays an important role in surgical staging of rectal cancer and has significant value in surgical planning.
