摘要
2 德国政府禁用染料法令不完全部分的补充德国政府自1994年7月15日颁布了禁止生产和使用会还原分解出20种有害芳香胺的偶氮染料的日用品法第二次修订案后,由于缺乏明确的监管及执行制度,产品范围界限不明确,特别是缺少标准检验方法,又未给出分析测限,再加上厂家和零售商的反对,因此在1994年12月16日又发布了第三次修订案,把禁用染料法令推迟到1995年7月1日起执行。后因同样原因又在1995年7月14日颁布了第四次修订案,把法令生效日期进一步推迟到1996年4月1日。
After the promulgatiOn of the prohibited dyestuff decree by Germany,it has evoked great rePercussions in the related countries and regions. In a POsitive ceme,it has bolha to a more strict demand in enviroment. lu this ar-ticle,the author detailed the repercussions in vatious countries,analysed the contents and backgrounds of each a-mendment of the decree and their innuence on textiles. The situation of prohibited auxiIiaries was also mentioned.
