·目前我国农业的危机不同于以往的情况,导致农业危机的主要原因是经济发展战略的选择不当和体制改革方面的偏差。·对传统农业的改造不能走世界典型式的农业现代化道路,我们只能在工业化的中前期开始进行对传统农业的改造。·目前最迫切的问题是要降低加工制造业的增长速度,放慢工业的发展进程,以此腾出一些力量支援农业。
