摘要
分析了高速CO2焊接过程中短路过渡参数对焊缝成形质量的影响。采用汉诺威焊接质量分析仪,研究了在高速焊接的情况下,燃弧时间与短路过渡周期的变化规律。通过对不同电流波形的实验研究,结果表明采用电流波形控制可以有效地改善焊缝成形。
The effects of the short-circuiting transfer parameters on weld formation quality in high speed CO2 welding process were analyzed. The rule of the arc-time and short-circuiting transfer cycle time under the high speed welding was researched by welding quality analyzer of Hannover. Through the experiments of the different current waveform, the results show that the current waveform controlis an effective method to improve the quality of theweld formation.
