硅油眼内充填继发青光眼 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨硅油眼内充填继发青光眼的临床特点。方法对玻璃体切除硅油眼内充填所继发的青光眼22例22眼。结果继发青光眼分两类,硅油填充术后早期继发急性高眼压6例6眼,晚期继发青光眼16例16眼。前者3眼减少了硅油眼内量,3眼单纯药物控制眼压。晚期继发青光眼16例16眼,3眼表现为继发慢性闭角型青光眼,余为继发性开角型青光眼。结论早期继发急性高眼压应减少眼内的硅油量,迟发性继发青光眼取出硅油有利于眼压的控制。
