摘要
当今世界格局的多极化并不仅仅是一个纯粹的客观进程和趋势,而是客观进程和主观价值的融合。以东盟范式的建构为借鉴,为了与西方的多极化思想(均势论)以及历史上的多极体系相区别,必须赋予当今多极化以中国为代表的、世界人民共同追求的反对霸权、推动民主与和平的价值取向。
Nowadays the multipolarization of the world structure is not merely a purely objective course and tendency,but the integration of the objective advancement and the subjective value . In light of constuctivism in western IRT,in order to distinguish with the western multipolarization thought as well as Balance of Power Theory and the historical multipolarization system,using ASEAN Norm for reference,we must endow with today's multipolarization the value orientation which opposes hegemony and pursues democracy and peace.This kind of value orientation is pursued by Chinese and all over the world people together.
