摘要
运用10MHz-B起检测了63例不同原因烧伤病人创面的真皮肿胀度,参考Baner等提出的诊断标准(肿胀度<50%者为浅Ⅱ度,50~100%者为深Ⅱ度,>100%者为Ⅲ度),结果显示浅Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度的B超检测结果与临床诊断结果符合率为100%,深Ⅱ度符合率为928%。讨论了对于小面积非Ⅲ度创面用10MHz-B超检测深度,其准确性高,操作简便,对创面不构成进一步损害,便于推广。
The authors used 10 MHz-B ultrasound in the determination of derma swollen degree of burn wound and found that there is a positive correlation between the derma swollen degree and burn depth. According to the criteria proposed by Bauer and his coworkers,patients having a derma swollen degree less than 50%, their burn depth is classified as superficial second degree; those having a derma swollen degree of about 50 to 100%, classified as deep second degree and those who have a derma swollen degree over 100%, their burn depth is classified as third degree.The results of our experiments revealed that this criteria is applicable. The correct rate for superficial second degree and third degree burn is 100%. The application of 10 MHz -Bultrasound is very easy and simple. The accuracy is high. lt makes no further damage to the wounds.
