摘要
烧伤后多器官功能不全综合征（MODS）是近年来危重病医学研究的重要课题，具有广泛的理论和临床意义。为了进一步提高临床防治水平，作者结合文献及临床体会分别从MODS的命名、MODS的病理及临床特声、MODS的发病机理以及MODS的防治等四个方面进行讨论。着重提出“两相打击学说”在MODS发病学的意义，以及从液体复苏、抗氧自由基、抗内毒素治疗、抗炎性介质治疗、创面处理、营养支持、整体器官功能维护等七个方面探讨MODS的防治。
Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome is a severe disease. lt is now an important topic of the medical research and is of wide theoretical and clinical interest.This paper is a minireview on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), including clinical experience, pathological and clinical characteristics, pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of MODS. The author emphasized the significance of the double phase attack theory in the pathogenesis of MODS and made a discussion on fluid resuscitation, anti-oxygen free redical therapy, anti-endotoxin therapy, anti-inflammatory medium therapy, wound management, nutritional support and organ function maintaining, etc.
