摘要
为验证治疗液的抗菌活性，采用临床常用治疗液配成不同成份组别，对金黄色葡萄球菌，大肠杆菌，绿脓杆菌，表皮葡萄球菌，福氏痢疾杆菌和阴沟杆菌在３７℃恒温下培养２４小时观察细菌生长情况．结果表明：凡含０．６７％利多卡因４组除对绿脓杆菌无抑制生长外，其余５种细菌均被抑制．不含利多卡因的２组治疗液虽有抑菌效果，仍没有含利多卡因组效果好．结果提示：临床现行治疗液应用可安全有效地防止微生物的生长．
To test antibacterial activities,routinely used pain-reliving solutions, comof different compositions, were cultured with staphyloccus aureus, bacillus coli, pseudomonas aeruqinosa, staphylococcus epidermidis,Flexner's bacillus and becillus cloacae respeively at 37℃ for 24 hours. The results showed that all kinds of bacteria,except pseudomonas aeruginosa,werre inhibited in four solutions containing 0. 67% of lidocaine,while in other two solutions containing no lidocaine the bactetiostatic effects were not as good as these cotaining lidoearine It can be concluded that the routinely-used solution can effectively inhibit the developement of microorganism.
