摘要
为探讨高海拔地区前列床增生症患者合并心血管系统“三高疾病”（高原心脏病、高血压、高血红蛋白血症）的手术安全性，采用围手术期治疗后再行手术，结果无1例死亡，并就术前准备、术后处理、手术时间和方法的选择进行了讨论，作者认为对合并心血管系统“三高疾病”患者既不能草率从事，也不能怕担风险而采用姑息性治疗方法，应积极创造条件，争取更彻底的治疗。
In order to probe the operative safety on patients suffered from prostatomegaly with hypertension, heart disease or hyperhemoglobinemia at altitude, the perioperative treatmnt might be adopted be fore prostatectomy, by these way,none of our patients had died. In this paper some problems as preoperative preparation,postoperative managernent and choice to oparative time and method were being discussed. Author suggests that the palliative treatment should n0t be used to treat patients with cardiovascluar complications,on the contrary, we must give them various active managements during perioperative period.
