摘要
针对飞机上黑匣子的设计检测困难,介绍一种基于单片机技术和虚拟仪器技术,以TLC5620为D/A转换芯片的飞机多路信号模拟源的设计。该信号源可以按要求提供各种直流信号模拟飞机运行的信号,协助飞机上黑匣子的设计与检测。其中TLC5620的使用易于编程,且精度较高;通信模块采用RS232、RS485相结合的方式,增强了系统的适应性。该信号源的设计既降低了检测成本,又提高了系统可靠性,目前该设备已投入使用,运行状况良好。
Aiming at the problems in design for black box in airplane, the airplane's Simulate Running Signal Generator based on single chip technology, virtual instrument technology and D/A chip TLC5620 is proposed. This signal generator can supply various direct current signal of the airplane, and it is helpful for designing and measuring the airplane's black box. Using TLC5620 chip can make programmed easier and improves the precision of system. And uniting RS232 and RS485 communication model increases the system adaptability. This design not only reduces cost,but also increases reliability for system. The system has been used now and it is running in order.
