也门塔维拉6井大尺寸套管修复技术 被引量:3

Repairing technology for casing of large size of Well Taveira-6 in Yemen

摘要 针对老油田大尺寸套管上部因硫化、氢脆以及电化学腐蚀作用而导致破损、影响油井生产的情况;大尺寸套管破损严重、跨度大、接近地面而导致修复困难等问题,通过分析其破损原因及常规修套工艺的局限性,研究应用了取套换套套管修复技术,并以也门塔维拉6井破损套管的修复过程为例,介绍了该工艺的封井方式、切割技术、旧套管取出技术、切割面修整技术、套管对接技术以及安全注意事项等关键技术,详细阐述了取套换套技术的操作过程以及其效果,对于今后上部破损套管的修复技术的研究具有一定的指导意义。 Due to sulfurization,hydrogen brittleness,and electrochemical corrosion,the casing of large size of old oilfields is worn and hence has a negative effect on the oil well production.Furthermore,it gets difficult to repair the casing of large size because of its serious damage,large span,and access to the ground.In view of this,the author in this paper analyzes the damaged causes and the limitations of conventional repairing technologies,studies and applies the repairing techniques of casing withdrawal-altering in,introduces such key techniques as the well-filling method,the cutting technique,the old technique of withdrawing casing,the dressing technique for facets,the butt joint technique for casing,and safety consideration by taking the repairing of the damaged casing of Well Taveira-6 as an example,and discusses the operation of withdrawal-altering in techniques and its effect in detail.This will be a good reference to the research on repairing techniques of upper damaged casing in the future.
