摘要
介绍了采用缓和湿式氧化脱臭与间歇式活性污泥组合工艺技术处理炼油厂碱渣废水的工艺原理、工业应用流程及氧化处理效果。同时对影响系统操作和氧化处理效果的反应温度、压力、空气比、回流量、含油量和杂质沉淀物等若干主要因素进行了分析论述。结果表明,碱渣废水在进氧化系统前,应除油去杂质,系统合理的操作参数为反应温度160℃、反应压力1.2MPa、空气比2~3、回流量4~5m^3/h。在适宜的操作条件下,碱渣中硫化物、CODcr和酚的去除率分别达到99.9%,97.3%.98.8%以上。
The combined process of wet air oxidative sweetening and batch active sludge treatment for treating refining alkali wastewater was introduced. The effects of reaction temperature, pressure, the ratio of actual air amount to theoretical air amount, reflux rate, the contents of oil and impurities settled in alkali waste on the removal of sulfides, phenol and CODer were discussed. The results showed that oil and impurity in alkali waste should be removed before oxidative sweetening, then under the optimum operation conditions of a reaction temperature of 160℃, a reaction pressure of 1. 2 MPa, an air ratio range of 2~3 and with reflux rate of 4~5 m^3/h, the removal rates of sulfides, CODer and phenol were more than 99.9% ,97. 3% and 98.8% ,respectively.
