摘要
尝试对日本都市商业区更新改良过程中的成功案例进行分析,选取后现代转轨时期做全景式的观察,从该类案例发生的社会文化背景、位置、规模和形态等几方面进行归纳总结,描述商业功能结构这一基本驱动力对空间场所形态的决定性影响,并概括了对我国未来城市建设所具有的参考价值。
Housing guarantee is an important part of the housing system and the social guarantee system in every country. This paper tries to find out the common characteristics and development trends in housing system by studying the measures and policies in the developed countries which use methods to resolve urban housing problem, so it can provide references for constructing our new housing guarantee system.
