摘要
本文通过循环经济阶段理论发展重构,将二维视角下研究生产过程末端治理模式环境与经济协调发展问题,延伸到从资源—经济—环境三维的视角来研究循环经济的阶段研究。依照循环经济的起步阶段、发展阶段、成熟阶段进行分阶段的仿真研究与分析,得到各个阶段发展循环经济的方式方法。最终,通过比较找到了各阶段发展的最佳途径。
Based on reconstructing the phase theory of the development of circular economy, this paper focuses on the study of the different stages of circular economy by changing the harmonious development between environment and econ- omy under the condition of 2 - D into that of 3 - D （resource, economy and environment）perspective. According to sim- ulation analysis and study of the three stages of circular economy - initial stage, developing stage and mature stage, the modes and means in different stages of development of circular economy are gained. At the end, the paper finds the best method of developing circular economy in the three stages by comparing all of the methods.
