摘要
选用PET(POY)长丝通过空气变形加工缝纫线,为了提高缝纫线的强力和降低其热收缩率,对拉伸倍数、空气变形超喂率、热定型区温度和超喂率以及稳定区拉伸倍数进行了系统的实验,并分析了以上工艺参数对缝纫线的强力和热收缩率的影响.
Here We have selected PET(POY) filament yarn to make the sewing thread by air-jet texturing. In order to increase the strength and decrease the thermoshrinkage of sewing thread, this paper has measured and analysed the influence of the draw ratio, overfeed, heat-setting temperature and time during air-jet texturing on the strength and thermoshrinkage of sewing thread.
