摘要
采用电喷雾质谱技术和高效液相色谱法分别对马钱子配伍甘草前后主要生物碱的变化规律进行了系统研究。实验结果表明,马钱子配伍甘草后其主要生物碱士的宁和马钱子碱的含量均有不同程度的降低,其中士的宁的含量下降显著。电喷雾质谱的实验结果与高效液相色谱的结果相吻合,为进一步阐明甘草解马钱子类药物毒性和马钱子合理配伍用药提供了科学的实验依据。
The alkaloid components in Strychnos nux-vomical L. uncombined and combined with Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch have been investigated by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MSn) and HPLC. The experimental results demonstrated that the number of strychnine and brucine all declined in com bined Strychnos nux-vomical L. with Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch, and the concentration level of strychnine fell obviously. The results of ESI-MS were identical to those of HPLC, which provided scientific basis for explana- tion of detoxicity of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch and the reasonable combination of Strychnos nux-vomical L
