摘要
对38例正常男性进行精液生精细胞染色体的直接低渗制备和G显带核型分析，成功率为68．4％。正常组中总畸变率为3．71％，不有男性中总畸变率分别为无精症组153％，少精症组6．5％，妻流产组7．7％，精索静脉曲张组6．25％，均较正常人纷增加。在流产组中，染色体以数目畸变为主。
In this study,the direct low osmotic preparation and G-banding karyotype analysis were carried out in 38 normal male persons. The successful rate was 68. 4%. In the normal group, the total rate of aberration was 3. 71%. In in fertility male group, the total aberration rates were 15. 3% in azoospermia group, 6. 5% in spermacrasia group, 7. 7% in wife abortion groups,6. 25 % in spermophlebectasia group. All were higher than that of normal control. In abortion group,chromosome aberration was dominated with numerical aberration.
