分层给煤机在链条锅炉节能改造中的应用

摘要 对在用的20t/h和10t/h蒸汽锅炉进行了分层给煤机节能改造。热平衡测试表明,该装置能够提高炉膛温度、降低炉渣的含碳量,从而使锅炉的蒸汽出力和热效率大大提高,具有明显的节能效果、经济效益、社会效益和环保作用。 In order to increasing the thermal effiiency and steam output of chain-grate boile,the 20t/h and 10t/h chain-grate boilers are equipted with Layered coal-feed devices.The measuring results indicate that the application of layered coal-feed devices has a obvious effect on the energy saving of the chain-grate boiler.It can improve the buring condition,increase the furnace temperature and reduce the carbon content in the slag.Therefore,the steam output and thermal efficiency of the chain-grate boilers have been improved greatly.
