在很多纸产品中用高得率浆(HYP)取代漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆可以显著改善纸的松厚度和不透明度,同时还可降低纤维的成本,所以HYP在这些纸种中的应用持续增长。光、热和NOx气体是影响HYP返黄的3个主要因素。尽管在大多数情况下返黄并不是很明显,而且其程度也在可接受的范围内,但HYP在应用中的返黄仍然是一个备受关注的问题。本文讨论了HYP在光、热和贮存条件下的白度稳定性以及抑制HYP返黄的最新研究结果。
There is an increasing interest in HYP to substitute hardwood kraft to improve bulk and opacity and reduce fibre cost in various paper products. Light, heat and NOx gases are three known factors that can cause a significant yellowing on lignin-rich pulps. HYP has a pulp yield between 80% - 90% with high lignin content. Brightness reversion is a concern in some applications. This paper reviews HYP brightness stability under light, thermal, and storage conditions and research in yellowing inhibition.
