后内侧入路治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨膝后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的手术入路和固定方法。方法自2002年10月至2006年9月应用膝后内侧入路对16例后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折行复位，14例用可吸收螺钉固定。2例用钢丝固定。结果手术时间30-50in，几乎无出血。所有病例随访4～36个月，平均18个月，优10例。良3例，可1例。差2例。结论后内侧入路用可吸收螺钉固定是治疗单纯后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的最佳方法。
