摘要
利用模糊综合评判方法确定了汽车动力系统匹配目标,依据匹配目标和零部件资源,并考虑相关传动系统参数的重新设计开发确定了8种匹配方案。利用CAE车辆性能仿真软件对8种方案进行模拟计算,采用多因子加权分值评价法优选匹配方案试制出样车,并进行了道路试验。结果表明,优选方案的整车综合性能良好,燃料经济性突出,可满足市场需求。
The matching object of vehicle power-train system is defined by using fuzzy-synthesis evaluation method,and eight matching projects are developed according to the matching object and component resources,considering some correlation drive-train system parameters.And then calculate them with CAE vehicle performance simulation software ;using multi-factor weighted evaluation method evaluate the best power-train system matching project and then a prototype vehicle can be made and a road test is conducted.The results show that the complete vehicle performance for the optimum project is good,and fuel consumption is excellent which can satisfy the market requirements.
