摘要
本文从满足表面接触疲劳强度的基本要求角度出发,以三对齿轮的总体积最小为原则建立数学模型,通过MATLAB优化工具箱命令对ZSJ-2800中速磨煤机传动机构的减速器传动比进行了最优分配,达到了节省材料,结构紧凑的目的。
This thesis sets out with the touch wear strength of the teeth face, establishes mathematics model in light of the principle of making the total volume of the three pairs of gears minimum and optimize the optimal transmission ratios of ZSJ-2800 Middle-speed Coal-grinding Machine' s reducer with the optimal toolbox commands of MATLAB so that the destination of saving material and compacting structure is attained.
