Preparation of SO_4^(2-)/Fe_2O_3-ZrO_2 Solid Superacid by Ultrasonic Co-deposition and Its Performance Study

摘要 于-15℃陈化24 h,采用超声波共沉淀法制备了SO42-/Fe2O3-ZrO2固体超强酸(SFZ-n,n=1~12),其结构经IR表征。结果表明,超声波辐照可以提高SFZ的酸性、比表面和催化活性。SFZ-8用于催化合成乙酸正丁酯,酯化率92%,且重复使用5次后,酯化率仍高于80%。 The SO4^2-/Fe2O3- ZrO2 solid superacid(SFZ-n, n = 1 - 12) were prepared by ultrasonic co-deposition and then aged for 24 h at - 15℃. The structures of SFZ were characterized by IR. The results showed that the acidity, specific surface and catalytic activity of SFZ can be improved by ultrasonic, n-Butyl acetate was synthesized in esterification of 92% using SFZ-8 as the catalyst, and the esterification was higher than 80% after SFZ-8 was reused 5 times.
