摘要
目的永久地保存现有的回族遗传资源。方法以EB病毒(Epstein-barr virus,EBV)转化同时加入环孢霉素A的方法建立永生细胞。结果成功建立了10株宁夏回族永生B淋巴细胞株。结论该永生细胞地建立为回族遗传资源的永久保存以及今后在细胞和分子水平上深入开展回族遗传病的研究奠定了基础。
Objective To study establishment and preservation of immortal lymphpblastoid cell lines of Hui nationality in Ningxia. Methods Epstein - Barr Virus （EBV） transformation of B cells and addition of cyclosporine A were used to inhibit the activity of T cells. Results Ten immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines of Hui nationality of Ningxia were successfully established. Conclusion This kind of B cells can keep the genome of Hui nationality for a long time, and it is possible for us to utilize the genetic resources of Hui nationality to research all kinds of genetic sickness.
