摘要
在自制二室电合成反应器中,以K2CrO4水溶液为阳极液,阳极液浓度为1.278 mol.L-1,KOH水溶液为阴极液,进行恒电流反应,用精密电压表测得不同温度下K2Cr2O7电合成过程中的电压。本文建立了操作电压和反应时间的数学模型,满意地表征了K2Cr2O7电合成过程中的电压变化。建立了电压变化率方程,讨论了电压变化规律,为电合成K2Cr2O7的过程监测和进一步研究提供基础。
Depending on a self - made two - chamber electrosynthesis reactor , where the anolyte is 1. 278mol ·L^-1 K2CrO4 aqueous solution, the catholyte is KOH aqueous solution, operating voltage at different time and different temperature are measured by using a precise potentiometer in the electrosynthesis process of K2Cr2O7. The mathematical model of the operating voltage and reaction time are established, which satisfactorily described the change rule of operating voltage in the electrosynthesis process of K2Cr2O7. The change rate equation of operating voltage is established, and the change rule of operating voltage is also discussed. It provides foundations for the searching research and process monitoring of the electrosynthesis of K2Cr2O7.
