摘要
电子政务发源于政府改革行政管理体制的需要,它与执政能力建设具有天然的联系,进一步加强我国的电子政务建设,是信息时代加强党的执政能力的必然选择。
Electronic government affair is originated from the demand that governments change the administration manage system, it is crudely tied in the reign ability. It is the inevitable choice to strengthen the construction of electronic government affairs in order to improve the party＇s administrative ability in information age.
