摘要
为观察低分子肝素钙（Low Molecular Weight Heparins Calcium Injection LMWH）围术期应用预防下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓（Deep Venous Thrombosis DVT）的疗效和安全性。将150例接受下肢骨折手术的患者随机分为两组，每组75例。A组应用低分子肝素钙预防，B组术后5～7天内患侧下肢行彩超检查了解深静脉血栓发生情况。结果A组5例（6．67％）发生深静脉血栓，B组为20例（26．7％），两组比较，差异显著（P〈0．05）；A组出血量（495±196）ml，B组（472±183）ml，两组比较差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两组均未发生明显大出血。表明低分子肝素钙围术期应用可安全有效预防下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓形成。
In order to observe curative effect and security of Low Molecular Weight Heparins Calcium Injection(LMWH)used to prevent Deep Venous Thrombosis(DVT)forming after operation of fracture of lower limb.150 patients performed lower-limb-fracture operation were divided into two groups stochastically,75 each group.LMWH was given to group A,and not in group B.During the course of 5 to 7 days postoperative,affected limbs were checked by colur ultrasonic to obtain circs of DVT.The count of DVT in group A was 5(6.67%)and 20 in group B(26.7%),there had remarkable difference(P<0.05).Hemorrhage quantity of group A was(495±196)ml and(472±183)ml in group B,there had no non-statistics significance(P>0.05).Two groups had not obvious massive hemorrhage.It showed that LMWH could prevent DVT forming safely and effectively.
