摘要
目的观察比较聚焦超声与微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法选择180例宫颈糜烂患者,随机分为聚焦超声治疗组(观察组)、微波治疗组(对照组)各90例,两组于治疗后观察1～3个月,评估疗效。结果两组愈合情况比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组阴道出血量和出血时间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To observe and compare the clinical outcomes between the focal ultrasound and microwave methods in treatment of cervical erosion. Methods A total of 180 patients With cerical erosion were evenly randomized into focal ultrasound（observation group） and microwave groups （control group）. The treatment outcomes were evaluated after 1-3 months. Results There was no difference in curative rates between the 2 groups （ P 〉 0.05）, but there were significant differences in the amount and lasting time of vaginal bleeding（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Focal ultrasound is a safe and effective treatment for cervical erosion.
