摘要
在广泛调查的基础上,从工程保险的角度出发,介绍地铁工程风险分析的基本方法,阐述通过定性、定量方法来识别并确定工程风险源和风险度的技术要点,为工程风险评估、保险评估提供分析依据。论述在考虑保险转移时,必须重视解决的相关问题。研究涉及保险业与工程界的交叉领域,为地铁工程保险这一技术性很强的领域提供分析和评估的基本思路和要求。
On the basis of extensive investigations and from the viewpoint of engineering insurance, the basic methods of risk analysis for metro projects are introduced and the key technical points in determining the risk resources and risk classes are described qualitatively and quantitatively for the purpose of providing the basis for engineering risk evaluation and insurance. Relevant problems to be noticed and solved in adopting the insurance to transfer the risk are pointed out. Activities in this realm constitute an inter disciplinary subject, involving the insurarance industry and engineering. It has not been reported yet elsewhere how to utilize the insurance to transfer the risk. Conclusions of the paper present the basic ideas and requirements for the analysis and evaluation of metro engineering insurance.
