摘要
运用价值规划的方法,对上海市轨道交通7号线陈太路停车场的总平面布局方案进行研究,其功能范围包括轨道交通停车场和地块开发,探讨车辆基地开发的布置原则。经过分析研究,建议车辆段及综合基地的厂房上盖建办公、商业或休闲设施,咽喉区上盖做绿化或建轻质结构的公共建筑,而住宅开发应离开场区,以减少噪声和振动对住宅的影响。
Layout of the parking lot on Chengtai Road for Line 7 of Shanghai urban rail transit has been studied by adopting relative merits mark out method. The function of the lot involves land development, the public car parking area and bus depot. The principle of multipurpose development has also been studied. It is suggested that office buildings, commercial buildings or entertainment facilities are arranged on the top of the depot, while light public buildings and green belts are arranged on the top of the switch yard. Residential quarters should be built far away fi'om the parking lot to reduce the impact of noise and vibration of vehicles.
