被动式调湿建筑材料的开发与应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文选用石膏为基体胶结材料,通过添加有较好吸附性的植物纤维、活性炭和高岭土等多孔材料,制成复合多孔无机类的调湿建筑材料。首先对这几种调湿建筑材料的吸湿性能进行了测定,利用计算机拟合得到其等温吸湿曲线函数关系式,而后对比选出吸湿性能较好的材料配比,制成调湿板材进行建筑室内环境调湿试验,最后得到调湿板材在调节室内湿环境时的基础数据,为下一步实际的应用提供理论基础。 In this paper, the compound porous inorganic building materials for humidity control were developed based on the matrix cementation material of gypsum and the additive materials, including porous materials, such as plant fiber, activated charcoal and kaolinite with good hygroscopicity, etc. Meanwhile, the moisture absorption performance of these materials were measured and detected, the corresponding formulas of moisture absorption under isotherm condition were proposed by curve fitting, also the compound ratio of the materials with better moisture absorption characteristics was obtained by comparison, then the experiments were carried out to control the indoor humidity level, hence, the basic data which could be considered as the theoretical foundation for further practical application were achieved.
