摘要
本文对西安市某住宅小区100余户节能住宅的夏季能耗情况进行了现场测试和问卷调查,分析了能源使用结构的成因与住宅建筑的基本状况、人们的生活习惯、家庭收入水平、室内热舒适感觉、当地气候特点等之间的关系,提出了优化能耗结构的措施,探讨了进一步提高现有住宅节能效率的潜力。
In this paper, measurements and questionnaire investigations on the summer energy consumption structure of more than 100 energy efficient residential buildings had been carried out in a residential district in Xi＇an. And then, the relationships between the formation of energy consumption structure and building condition, living custom, family income, thermal environment, as well as local climatic condition etc, were analyzed. Finally, measures to optimize the energy consumption structure were proposed, and the potential of improving energy efficiency of current residential buildings was further discussed.
