摘要
根据弹簧行业的发展需要,在吸取国内外弹簧机优点的同时,利用反求工程设计出一种新型的拉压式弹簧试验机。在设计过程中,对系统的组成及其工作原理作了技术性的关键分析,并对核心零件—导柱的变形进行了理论分析与计算。
According to the development and demands of the spring industry,the design of a new pull pressed Spring Testing Machine based on the inversely seeking designing method is presented in this paper.The composition and the principle of this system and the technical barriers in the design are analysed.The theoritical analysis and calculation of deformation of its key part the guide column are also made.The actual testing result conforms to the theoritical calculation.
