ON EXISTENCE OF SOLUTION TO PROBLEM OF THERMAL FLOW

摘要 热敏半导体器件中电位与温度满足的方程组,是一个椭圆-抛物耦合组,并带有混合边界条件。 The paper is devoted to a system describing the potential and temperature in a thermally sensitive semiconductor device——a system of parabolic elliptic equations subject to mixed boundary conditions. And the solution to the problem is proved to exist by using fixed point theorem.
